Terms and conditions governing the use of cyberhondo.com and CyberHondo LLC consulting services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at cyberhondo.com (the "Site") and the technology consulting services provided by CyberHondo LLC ("CyberHondo," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CyberHondo provides technology consulting services including:
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter agreed upon by both parties.
Upon full payment, you own all custom deliverables produced for your engagement as defined in the SOW.
We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use CyberHondo-owned components in your deliverables.
All Site content — text, graphics, logos, and code — is CyberHondo property and protected by intellectual property laws.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information, including:
Confidentiality obligations survive termination for two (2) years, unless a longer period is specified in the SOW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts in Essex County, New Jersey.
Direct communication within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
Mutually agreed mediator in Essex County, NJ. Costs shared equally.
If mediation fails within 60 days, either party may pursue litigation.
CyberHondo may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
For active engagements, material changes will not affect existing SOW terms unless both parties agree in writing.
